José Auriemo Neto- shaping the real estate sector in Brazil

José Auriemo Neto is the chairman and CEO of the JHSF Participacoes SA, a high-end real estate company in Brazil. They develop property for the high-income earners in the society. JHSF deals with the development of commercial and residential property in the Brazil. Most of its services are mainly in the fields of hotels and restaurants, office buildings, executive airports and shopping centers. José Auriemo Neto has been the CEO of the real estate company since 2003. He is responsible for some huge moves the company has undertaken. One is lobbying for rights to start development of shopping malls in the country. The first shopping Centre that included a subway to be developed in Brazil was done under the leadership of José Auriemo Neto. The mall is located in Santa Cruz and is located in Sao Paulo.

JHSF have been behind the development of the following shopping centers; Cidade Jardim shopping complex in Säo Paulo, the Ponta Negra, the Metrô Tucuruvi and the Bela Vista in Salvador. All these developments have been done under the eye of José Auriemo Neto. He has also led the company into the first venture into retail. In 2009 he signed a partnership deal with Jimmy Choo, Hermes, and Pucci. It is in the same year that Cidade Jardim was opened for retail. Jose Auriemo followed up this partnership with other brands that would open retail outlets in the shopping complex. One of the companies that opened retail outlets is Valentino. For the first time, brands such as Valentino were available in Brazil.

JHSF was established in 1972 by two brothers. They would later separate, and the management of JHSF was left at the hands of Fabio Auriemo, father to José Auriemo Neto. Over the years, JHSF has recorded significant growth. As of today, it has developed property that covers over $6 million square meters.
